Our fantastically talented friend Laurie Cinotto has spent the last two years writing and perfecting a book. It's called Making Paper Flowers and it goes on sale today!

Laurie is a florist turned professional crafter and writer who makes beautiful paper flower arrangements for weddings and other special events. You couldn't be in better hands as you go through her book learning step-by-step to make bouquets, style centerpieces, and keep-sake corsages yourself.

The book includes a kit with everything you need to get started:

+ 36 sheets 9" x 9" crepe paper
+ Floral wire
+Green floral tape
+ 24 double-headed stamens
+64-page project book
+ Templates to make nine blossom designs, including Rose, Water Lily Style Dahlia, Cactus Style Dahlia, Ball Dahlia, Frilly Carnation, Peony, Poppy, Anemone and Daffodil

You can buy a signed copy of Making Paper Flowers directly from Laurie here, or you can order the book from Barnes & Noble, where it will also be for sale in stores. Check out Laurie's blog to see more of her work, like these arrangements below:
