I cook daily but still need help refining my palate (please forgive the absurd snobbery of that statement), so I hope this book will help me be a little more artful and spontaneous in the kitchen. Designed by London-based Grade Design, it promises to be one of the best-looking books on the shelf, and I hope it will be used as often as it is admired. (This design is the UK edition, so be careful when ordering if you're counting on a color wheel!)
